I was looking at homes and found one I wanted and THEN contacted an agent. I put an offer on the first house I looked at and thought to myself "that's going to be the easiest commission this guy has ever made". Well as it turns out I didnt like the house as much as I thought, so we started to look. Now I have a pretty specific list of things I needed, wanted and were just added bonus points. After looking at numerous houses over numerous weekends, I found the one. The one that met most of my need, some of my wants and had a few to mark off in the bonus side. We put an offer in, went back and forth a few times and came to an agreement, or so we thought. I will spare you the not so pleasant details but suffice to say it was NOT an easy transaction. Vinicio stuck with it and overcame all the obstacles to make it happen, and there were many!
